Position: Line Cook – New Hire (Red Barn & Mtn Room)
About: Mount Southington Restaurant & Lounge Inc in Plantsville, CT is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join their dynamic culinary team. This fast-paced, mountain-inspired restaurant values collaboration, fresh ingredients, and exceptional dining experiences for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2-3 years experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant; strong knife skills, understanding of cooking techniques, and ability to execute dishes under pressure; familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and food safety regulations; flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team; passion for food and mountain culture is a plus
