Position: Instructor, Cooking – Adjunct
About: Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is seeking a Teaching Faculty member to provide quality instruction in basic cooking and personal enrichment classes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED graduate; Associate Degree or higher from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution; Certification from the American Culinary Federation; Two years’ experience in food preparation within the culinary/food service industry; Teaching and/or industry training experience; Excellent organization skills; Good communication and people skills; A high level of attention to detail and creative mindset; Knowledgeable of the culinary and hospitality industry
