Position: Executive Sous Chef – Wake Forest University

This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, and more. They are currently seeking an Executive Sous Chef for Wake Forest University Athletics located in Winston Salem, NC to provide strong culinary leadership for premium hospitality, concessions, and catering operations.
Requirements: 4 Year Degree; 5+ years in a lead culinary role; experience in Sports & Entertainment/Stadium premium catering is necessary; Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internal and external email communications, and purchasing procedures; Must be a leader looking to grow themselves and a team; Must live near or be willing to relocate to Winston Salem, NC
