Requirements: Technical proficiency and 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant or events venue; ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities and develop results-oriented staff; detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask; flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends; knowledge of food preparation methods, computer software, employee scheduling, and sanitation protocols
