Position: Chef Manager – UNC Chapel HIll
About: Aramark, a global company rooted in service and dedicated to doing great things for its employees, partners, communities, and the planet, is seeking a Chef Manager to join their team. The Chef Manager will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for team development, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client relations, contributing to meeting budget requirements and executing company-delivered programs.
Requirements: Requires 2-3 years of experience in a related position; Requires 2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience; Culinary degree preferred; Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems; Requires oral, reading and written communication skills
