Position: Chef job
About: A new restaurant opening soon at 300 Oxford Rd in Oxford at the Quarry Walk, featuring two dueling pizza ovens, two floors, two bars, and amazing outdoor seating. The establishment is seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead their kitchen team in preparing a wide range of pizzas with a hybrid of New Haven and Neapolitan dough, alongside traditional and modern ingredients for entrees, appetizers, and salads.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook; Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment such as grillers and pasta makers; Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques; Leadership skills; Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks; Excellent time management abilities; Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes; Familiarity with sanitation regulations; Culinary school diploma preferred
