This position offers an annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, plus quarterly bonuses, providing a competitive and rewarding package. The Hotel Manager will report directly to the Regional Director of Operations and is eligible for a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k with company match, paid time off, holiday benefits, tuition assistance, travel discounts, and more.

This is a physically demanding role requiring comfort with extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting. Occasional travel may be required. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have the exceptional time management and multitasking skills necessary to lead a dynamic hospitality team focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
