Being a key member of the hotel's leadership team, this role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on management capabilities, who can inspire and lead a diverse team while upholding Hilton's rigorous standards of excellence.
Offering an annual pay rate of $75,000 to $80,000, this full-time position provides a competitive salary coupled with a robust benefits package. The Restaurant Outlets Manager will have opportunities to influence the food and beverage strategy, playing an instrumental role in refining guest dining experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. The role extends beyond everyday management, involving collaboration with culinary teams and marketing to develop promotions and menu innovations that keep the hotel competitive and aligned with market trends.
In addition to operational management, the position requires attention to compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, underscoring the importance of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees. The role is dynamic, requiring availability for various work schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the business's needs.
This position is ideal for a seasoned hospitality leader with a minimum of three years in progressive restaurant management, preferably within an upscale or high-volume hotel environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a guest-first mindset, strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to foster a motivated and high-performing team. The opportunity to join Sun Hill offers a rewarding environment where innovation, quality, and guest-centric values are paramount, supported by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, complimentary employee meals, and a global employee travel discount program. This career chance is a step towards impactful leadership in hospitality management within a respected hotel brand.
