The Hotel Manager role at Accor North America is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience and efficient business performance. Located in Los Angeles, CA, this role involves managing multiple departments including guest services, front desk operations, Fairmont Gold luxury services, housekeeping, engineering, security, and spa facilities, as well as food and beverage outlets such as Lumiere, the Lobby Bar, In-Room Dining, and The Pool. The Hotel Manager leads the team to deliver superior service, drive revenue growth, and maintain operational standards in alignment with Accor's global brand values.
