Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet parents and pets
  • Assist customers in selecting high-quality pet products and services
  • Educate customers on pet health and wellness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
  • Handle transactions and operate the point of sale system
  • Support in-store events and promotions
