The role of Assistant Manager at a Wonder restaurant is a vital leadership position designed to support the General Manager in orchestrating the daily operations and success of the restaurant. This position is located in Newington, CT, with a competitive salary range of $66,500 to $76,500 per year. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant or full-service restaurant environment. In this role, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of 15 or more members, optimizing staff deployment for efficiency, and helping to meet operational goals and budget targets. Maintaining rigorous food safety and inventory protocols, adhering to health department guidelines, and ensuring team member safety are also critical components of the role.
