This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee under Walsh Enterprises, separate from McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor team performance
- take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
- meet shift targets and assist assigned departments in reaching goals
- must be at least 18 years old

- previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality environment
- positive team player with a flexible schedule
