Job Description

This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee under Walsh Enterprises, separate from McDonald's USA. Walsh Enterprises is a well-established franchisee that owns and operates multiple fast-food restaurant locations, providing local management autonomy to better serve the community while maintaining the high standards and brand quality associated with McDonald's. Job Requirements

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast accurate friendly experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality service and cleanliness
  • plan for each shift and monitor team performance
  • take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
  • communicate effectively with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
  • meet shift targets and assist assigned departments in reaching goals
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality environment
  • positive team player with a flexible schedule
  • passion for working in a fast paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to coach and mentor team members
  • effective problem-solving skills
  • must be at least 18 years old
