Job Description

Chili's is a well-established restaurant chain that originated in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Renowned for its casual dining atmosphere, Chili's has become a popular destination for those seeking Big Mouth burgers, house-smoked ribs, sizzling fajitas, and handcrafted margaritas. Over the decades, Chili's has built a strong reputation rooted in exceptional service, warm hospitality, and community engagement. The brand is recognized not only for its flavorful menu offerings but also for its vibrant culture that emphasizes fun, teamwork, and a genuine connection with both customers and employees. The role of a Chili's Manager is pivotal in upholding the restaurant's high standards of guest service and operational excellence. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment where leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Managers at Chili's are more than supervisors; they are team leaders who foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere, encourage open communication, and lead by example. Their responsibilities span from ensuring guests have an exceptional experience to driving business results through cost control and efficient use of company systems.

Chili's Managers play a critical role in connecting with both team members and guests by promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and fun. They are tasked with motivating staff, managing shift operations, resolving issues by identifying root causes, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant by supporting community relationships and upholding operational protocols. Emphasizing both heart and mind, Managers are supported by comprehensive systems such as the Manager Timeline and quality Line Checks to maintain consistency and performance.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the role within Chili's organizational structure. Ideal candidates are dependable team players who can multitask efficiently and remain composed under pressure. A passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional food and guest experiences make this role both rewarding and dynamic. Joining Chili's means becoming part of a team that values collaboration, recognizes effort, and celebrates success in a fun and inclusive work environment.
