Job Requirements
- Must have reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
- Must be willing to travel extensively with overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years
- No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years automotive dealership experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years automotive dealership experience in roles such as Sales, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales and F&I processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel schedules
Job Duties
- Establish professional relationships with customers to understand their business needs
- Identify trouble areas within dealerships and recommend tailored consulting solutions
- Use industry knowledge to enhance dealership operations and profitability
- Deliver ongoing fee-for-service support and resolve customer issues post-project completion
- Maintain regular follow-up communications to strengthen client relationships
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to implement Reynolds and Reynolds consulting programs
- Travel extensively to dealership locations, often with overnight hotel stays up to five nights per week
