This position is for a Shift Manager at Five Guys, a role that comes with a pay rate of $23 per hour plus tips and bonuses. Shift Managers are integral to the daily operations of the restaurant, stepping in to lead when the General Manager is absent. They are trained to perform all duties carried out by Crew Members and Shift Leaders while taking on additional leadership responsibilities. These include ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management, inventory control, and other duties assigned by management.
