The role of Restaurant General Manager at Wendy's is pivotal to the success of the restaurant. You will lead, coach, manage, and develop a team with a focus on staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training to build a high-performing workforce. The position demands a hands-on leader who can balance operational responsibilities while fostering a motivating work environment. Beyond team management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, a key aspect of maintaining the restaurant's legal and operational integrity.
