The Program Supervisor role at ResCare Community Living is a critical position centered on directly impacting the lives of individuals served by the organization. The Program Supervisor oversees the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participates actively in administrative responsibilities, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing supervision of caregiving staff. This role demands a balance between providing direct support—such as meal preparation, medication administration, personal care—and fulfilling professional and supervisory duties. The Program Supervisor plays a vital part in facilitating community involvement, supporting individuals during community outings, or providing transportation to work and various activities, ensuring an engaging and supportive environment for all.
