As part of the larger Six Flags brand, this park draws millions of visitors annually and prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences through various in-park services and amenities. The park offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a core focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and safety. The In-Park Revenue Division, where this position is based, plays a crucial role in managing the revenue-generating components of the park, ensuring smooth and profitable operations in areas like food and beverage, retail, and other guest services. Part of this leadership role also involves ensuring comprehensive training, resource availability, and professional growth opportunities for the team.

Operationally, the manager oversees the daily functioning of all food service outlets and catering activities, partnering closely with the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy and control costs. This role requires maintaining rigorous standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and service consistency, closely following all company policies and brand standards. The Food and Beverage Manager also plays an integral role in safety and compliance, enforcing adherence to health, sanitation, and food handling regulations and maintaining a secure environment for both guests and staff.

This position further entails leading culinary and operational projects, coordinating staffing plans to align with business needs, and occasionally serving as Park Duty Manager.
