We are currently looking for a Beverage Server to join our dedicated team. This role involves preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic beverages tailored to our guests' tastes while delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for presenting menus, making informed recommendations, and managing orders through our POS system. You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by anticipating guest needs and maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with state laws and company policies is vital, as is collaborating effectively with both the Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams. This position requires a polished and professional appearance along with the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected. Comprehensive training including alcohol awareness and food handling certification will support your success in this role. Job Requirements

Completion of company bartender training
Alcohol Awareness Certification
Food Handling Certificate
1-2 years of professional beverage service experience
Prior bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge
Ability to stand, lift, and bend for long periods with a capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment with exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Exhibit a polished and professional appearance adhering to the Company Employee Handbook
anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional service
present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage items
inform guests of food and beverage specials, including pricing
request allergy and dietary restrictions from guests before taking orders
input orders accurately into the POS system and handle cash/payment card transactions correctly
deliver food and beverage orders promptly to guests at the bar and lounge
maintain cleanliness in the bar area and uphold high sanitation standards
organize liquor displays ensuring par levels are adhered to
collaborate with coworkers and support team efforts following managers' directions
possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus to enhance guest experience
serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with state regulations and alcohol awareness training
complete end-of-shift financial duties accurately
communicate guest needs to Front-of-House and Heart-of-House teams effectively
prepare the bar stations by performing opening and closing tasks as directed by management
participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
adopt a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork, sharing knowledge and leading by example
