As a prominent member of Compass Group USA, Eurest operates with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and performance excellence. With a workforce of over 16,000 chefs and in-unit associates, Eurest delivers world-class meals, managing everything from corporate cafes and executive dining rooms to on-site catering and vending innovations. The company emphasizes career growth, offering a rewarding and dynamic work environment where teammates are passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated to delivering unparalleled results. Eurest’s culture is built around teamwork, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement, making it an excellent place for professionals seeking a fulfilling career in the foodservice industry.
The Food & Beverage Manager position at Eurest is based at the American Airlines lounge in Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW), a key location for delivering superior guest experience. This role involves leading the lounge’s day-to-day operations to ensure that American Airlines guests receive outstanding food and beverage service in a clean, safe, and inviting environment. The position is full-time with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually. The Food & Beverage Manager acts as a dynamic leader who is capable of handling both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, demonstrating versatility and the ability to step in when needed. The role demands availability for weekend and evening shifts to accommodate lounge operating hours.
This leadership role requires the manager to oversee food preparation, portion control, and presentation according to Eurest’s high standards and American Airlines’ expectations. Additionally, the manager fosters a positive team culture that prioritizes guest service and creates memorable lounge experiences. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations reporting, inventory, and scheduling, and also training and mentoring a dedicated team of associates. The manager is responsible for efficient labor management through labor model adherence and crew scheduling based on guest traffic trends.
The role contributes to product and supply inventory management, including ordering and accounting. A critical aspect of the job is ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and security protocols, taking swift action to address any policy violations. Candidates should bring at least two years of experience in high-volume food and beverage management, particularly in environments such as hotels, chain restaurants, or multi-unit operations. Food costing, inventory control, and labor cost management experience are essential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about guest service, and experienced in diverse, multicultural settings. Eurest offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, holiday leave, wellness programs, and various employee assistance offerings. Eurest is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and provides reasonable accommodations as needed. This role is a fantastic opportunity for experienced food and beverage professionals to join an innovative and fast-growing company, contributing to the success of a high-profile client while advancing their careers.
