Job Description

Constellation is a premier dining and event services brand operating across the United States, delivering exceptional culinary and hospitality experiences in a variety of settings including retail spaces, office buildings, and cultural venues. Dedicated to fostering connections through food and impeccable service, Constellation prides itself on creating memorable moments for clients and guests alike. As part of the Elior North America family, Constellation benefits from a commitment to diversity, employee growth, and the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

The Event Services Manager role at Constellation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, offers a unique opportunity to join a full-time, onsite team dedicated to excellence in event execution. This leadership position involves partnering closely with service and staffing departments to ensure flawless delivery of large-scale events, from tastings and setups to the event execution itself. This position is not just about managing events; it’s about leading with passion for hospitality, inspiring service teams, and enhancing client and guest experiences at every touchpoint.

As an Event Services Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing service models that align with Constellation’s standards, conducting walkthroughs and reviews to support event planning and flow, and acting as a regional expert for event execution. Your role will include leading multiple events each week, supervising event setup and breakdown, managing rental orders, and troubleshooting on-site issues with confidence and professionalism. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving front-of-house operation procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.

This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) for event team members and assist in coaching and staff development through performance reviews and targeted training. Additionally, the role involves recruitment, hiring, onboarding new staff, and providing real-time feedback to ensure all events embody the mission of delivering exceptional hospitality.

Working at Constellation means being part of a dynamic and supportive work environment where professional development and growth are encouraged. You will participate in operations meetings and attend ongoing training sessions to stay aligned with company goals and industry best practices. With a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, this role offers a rewarding career path for hospitality professionals who thrive in high-volume, high-quality environments and are passionate about creating outstanding event experiences.

Constellation’s commitment extends beyond excellent service to include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary accident and illness coverage, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, 401k, paid time off, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more. This ensures that you are supported both professionally and personally as you contribute to the company’s success in the vibrant Philadelphia market and beyond.
