The Assistant General Manager of Dining Services role at Lantern Hill is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing dining room and café operations across the community. The individual in this role will lead a talented team of professionals, managing everything from scheduling and hiring to training and coaching, ensuring high levels of employee development and satisfaction. This position requires keen attention to detail in maintaining food quality and presentation standards, sanitation, and safety compliance within the kitchen, dining rooms, café, storage areas, and loading dock. Compensation for this full-time employment ranges between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus, reflecting experience.
