The role of Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Taco Bell is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing both the people and operational aspects of a Taco Bell restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
  • Food industry experience preferred
  • High school or some college education
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
  • Flexible to work with the needs of the business
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods, bend and kneel
  • Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to handle weather-related conditions
  • Willingness to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment
