Job Requirements
- Minimum three to four years of experience leading people
- Food industry experience preferred
- High school or some college education
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedure and standards
- Flexible to work with the needs of the business
- Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend and kneel
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle weather-related conditions
- Willingness to wear a headset and operate restaurant equipment
