Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- develop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and coverage
- assist in onboarding new hires, providing orientation, and facilitating training programs
- serve as a point of contact for employees regarding staffing issues, questions, and concerns
- monitor and document staff performance, and assist with performance reviews
- ensure compliance with internal and external regulations related to staffing and employment practices
- work with other departments, participate on committees and special projects
- develop strong relationships with key clients
- manage HR data in ADP including data entry, new hire profiles, and reports
- handle administrative tasks such as fielding office calls and other assignments
- communicate timely with clients, talent, and team members including reporting experiences and challenges
- support sports and entertainment events as needed with travel
- follow company direction and share in the mission and vision of the company
