Job Description
Our company is a prestigious hospitality group renowned for delivering unparalleled event experiences through exceptional food and beverage services. We specialize in hosting a wide range of private events, corporate functions, social celebrations, and luxury hospitality activations in upscale venue settings. With a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail, our team ensures seamless event execution complemented by professional, polished service standards. We offer part-time positions for Event Servers at a competitive hourly wage of $40, providing an excellent opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while enjoying flexible schedules tailored to fit diverse lifestyles.
The role of an Event Server is a critical one within our operations, designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments. As an Event Server, you will be responsible for delivering elevated food and beverage service that consistently surpasses guest expectations. This requires not only attention to detail and a deep understanding of food safety and service protocols but also a hospitable, guest-focused mindset that anticipates and responds to guest needs promptly and courteously.
You will work closely with captains, venue management, culinary teams, and front of house staff to maintain impeccable service standards. Your duties will span ensuring precise execution of passed hors d'oeuvres, plated meals, buffet setups, and cocktail service, all while maintaining cleanliness and an organized environment. In addition to direct guest service, supporting event setup, breakdown, and operational flow forms an essential part of this role.
The ideal candidate for this position brings previous banquet or event experience within a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting, backed by strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently. Professional appearance and behavior are paramount, and you must consistently represent the company with a positive attitude and team-oriented approach. Through your work, you contribute to the overall success of memorable events, enhancing the reputation of both the venue and our organization.
Our part-time team members are valued and eligible for several benefits, including state applicable time off, mental health support and services, pet insurance, a 401(k) retirement program with employer match, an employee assistance program, access to a TAO savings marketplace, and employee discounts. We foster a supportive work environment where employees are empowered to grow, thrive, and succeed in their hospitality careers.
If you are ready to bring your passion for exceptional service, your ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic environments, and your dedication to delivering top-tier guest experiences, we encourage you to apply for our Event Server role. Join us, and be part of an elite hospitality team dedicated to excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction in every event we deliver.
