The role of an Event Coordinator at Main Event is to partner closely with Guests to design and execute customized event experiences that align perfectly with their vision of fun and celebration. This position is integral to ensuring that every event—from birthday parties to corporate gatherings—is meticulously planned and managed with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Event Coordinators take on the responsibility of understanding all aspects of Main Event's diverse event packages and additional services, ensuring that each plan is tailored to meet the specific needs of the party. They work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to surpass sales targets and contribute to the center's overall business growth by engaging in prospecting activities and managing sales data proficiently.
Critical to this role is a strong dedication to maintaining the highest standards in safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, reflecting the company's commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all Guests. Event Coordinators serve as ambassadors of fun, welcoming and engaging with all Visitors to elevate their experience from arrival to departure. They are also tasked with supporting local marketing initiatives aimed at driving walk-in traffic and increasing event bookings. Additionally, the position involves performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties, ensuring that the venue operates efficiently throughout the day.
