Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related discipline
- 2 to 5 years experience in event planning or conference/meetings with food and beverage experience
- ability to manage multiple complex events and projects
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- consistent attendance

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred within event management, hospitality, sales, or marketing
- 2 to 5 years experience in event planning or conferences/meetings with food and beverage experience
- proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution
- strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- proactive and adaptable with knowledge of industry trends
- leadership capabilities including mentorship and teamwork
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- CMP or CSEP certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of revenue-generating events
- serve as primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and operational partners
- collaborate with clients to define event objectives and design elements
- support sales with site inspections and finalize event details
- maintain client relationships through communication and task force meetings
- oversee financial aspects including budgeting, revenue tracking, expense management, and billing
- actively drive revenue growth by upselling event elements
- manage financial reporting using Salesforce
- partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- provide logistical support and troubleshoot live-event challenges
- identify and mitigate operational risks
- coordinate communications across events of varying size and complexity
- complete all required documentation and event materials
- uphold brand compliance with creative asset development
- conduct post-event recaps for evaluation and improvement
- leverage emerging technologies including AI to enhance process and innovation
- participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities
- perform additional duties as assigned
