Their expertise will blend creativity, logistical precision, and strategic insight to craft memorable client experiences that align with our broader business objectives.

Beyond client hospitality, this role carries the crucial responsibility of event budgeting and vendor selection, guaranteeing that each initiative is delivered within budget and begins and concludes on time. Handling sensitive information and preserving the privacy and reputation of our principals and the family office are critical components of this role. The candidate’s exceptional communication skills and calm, polished demeanor will assure the utmost level of discretion and professionalism in interactions across all levels.

The Senior Client Relations and Events Manager must possess a keen commercial sense, demonstrating how luxury hospitality and client engagement can directly influence transactional success. A well-established network in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, and media, especially within the South Florida market, will be highly advantageous. The role demands a detail-oriented, meticulous individual adept at managing multiple complex events and high-stakes relationships simultaneously. Ultimate success in this position requires sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive under pressure, managing unconventional hours when necessary to meet the needs of our principals and clients.

In summary, this is a rare and exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a top-tier family office in a role that combines relationship management, event planning, and strategic client engagement.
