Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- scheduling experience required
- experience with line schedule management preferred
- experience with MS Office applications, Excel, and Access preferred
- three months experience with TMM applications preferred
- high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- able to read, write and speak English
- communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors and guests
- ability to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 10 lbs on an occasional basis
- position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift and climb/ascend heights if needed
- able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat

Job Duties
- Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
- create, disseminate, and revise area schedules in accordance with company policy
- analyze labor and staffing patterns by completing in-park labor audits and make recommendations for process improvement
- maintain departmental line schedules for budgeting and accurate labor in TMM
- provide support and complete TMM training for department
- audit and edit timecards in accordance with company policy
- complete additional timekeeping tasks as needed
- assist team members with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll issue resolution
- monitor minor workforce activity
- provide updates to park management teams related to minor workforce
- maintain minor workforce activity logs
- assist with various clerical tasks
- perform other duties as assigned
