In this role, the Event Coordination Specialist will primarily focus on the operational execution of internal company events and external client engagements. The specialist will act as the lead coordinator for smaller Tier 3 events, ensuring that every logistical element from venue selection to attendee communication is handled with precision. Larger-scale events and trade shows will be executed with close assistance from senior team members, providing ample opportunities for skill development and professional mentorship. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, budget awareness, vendor relationship management, and adaptability to rapidly changing requirements on event days. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for tracking and reporting event budgets, collecting valuable feedback from attendees, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to meet the company's high standards for event quality and consistency.
