Beyond the tracks, the Motor Enclave offers a 42,000-square-foot corporate event center alongside the world’s largest Private Garage community. This venue is engineered to provide exhilarating and memorable experiences catering to motorsport enthusiasts, members, corporate clients, and the general public who seek unique, adrenaline-charged events and activities. The Motor Enclave’s commitment to excellence and innovation has established it as a leader in the motorsport and experiential event space, emphasizing high standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The Event Coordinator role at The Motor Enclave is a full-time, in-person position essential to the company’s Events, Production, and Business Development & Strategy teams. Operating primarily from Wednesday through Sunday, this role demands flexibility to accommodate early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts, reflecting the natural rhythms of live event execution. The role is perfect for someone passionate about event planning and hospitality, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. This includes collaborating with various internal teams to maximize venue utilization, support revenue growth, and enhance brand loyalty through expertly executed private, public, and internal events. The position requires an ownership mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure with a hands-on approach. Candidates for this role should be highly organized, eager to grow professionally in event management, and excited by the fast-paced, experiential hospitality industry. Success in this role is measured by delivering flawless event execution, maintaining organized event calendars and CRM systems, and fostering strong cross-departmental relationships that ensure business goals align seamlessly with exceptional guest experiences. The Motor Enclave embraces diversity and inclusion and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
