Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years event management experience in tech
  • Basic AV troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Asana or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work in hybrid or remote settings

Job Duties

  • Coordinating with vendors regarding their presence and logistics at events
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers to schedule and plan event participation
  • Managing attendee lists and ensuring alignment on event content and messaging
  • Building and maintaining to-do tracker pages and documentation related to events
  • Managing all the event aspects, eg. swag, catering
  • Leading event strategy and operations, from planning through execution
  • Overseeing presence and representation at events
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth coordination
  • Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across teams to ensure alignment and support
  • Troubleshoot AV, and being the power user once the official AV leaves the event
