The Party Planner position at the American Girl Retail store in Los Angeles is integral to creating magical, memorable events for guests. Reporting directly to the Assistant Store Manager, this role involves working one-on-one with party guests to orchestrate events that delight and entertain. The planner is responsible for managing all event details—from initial communication with customers to the seamless execution of party activities, including games, crafts, doll hair styling, and skincare treatments. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-energy environment. The Party Planner also works closely with the party team and external vendors to ensure all elements come together flawlessly, contributing to the store’s welcoming atmosphere and positive guest experiences.

This hourly position offers a competitive wage range between $18 and $21.15 per hour, depending on the candidate's location, skills, and experience.
