The position involves leading the comprehensive planning and production process of catered events, including negotiating and managing details such as event layouts, timelines, vendor coordination, tastings, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and logistics. The successful candidate will build strong, personalized relationships with clients, ensuring their experience is marked by seamless service and personalized attention. Strong collaboration with internal teams such as culinary, service, operations, and sales is essential to guarantee flawless event delivery. As the on-site leader during events, the Catering & Event Producer acts as the main point of contact for both clients and vendors to oversee every detail with precision and care.
