Strong collaboration with internal teams such as culinary, service, operations, and sales is essential to guarantee flawless event delivery. As the on-site leader during events, the Catering & Event Producer acts as the main point of contact for both clients and vendors to oversee every detail with precision and care.

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, sales, or related fields
- Experience with CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft/Google applications

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and production process for catered events from post-contract handoff through event completion
- Build strong client relationships while delivering a highly personalized and hospitable experience
- Translate client vision into thoughtful event details, layouts, timelines, and execution plans
- Coordinate vendors, tastings, BEOs, event logistics, and production details with accuracy and care
- Oversee onsite event execution and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless experiences
- Support revenue growth and client retention through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail
