- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- ability to frequently travel to various event venues
- availability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends
- physical ability to lift and handle event equipment
- strong organizational skills
- adherence to company policies and confidentiality requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event setup and coordination
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- ability to travel frequently
- familiarity with vendor management
- knowledge of safety and risk management practices
Job Duties
- Oversee the event development process including setup and breakdown of booths, tables, tents, and other materials
- interact with vendors and ensure compliance with risk management requirements
- frequently visit event venues as the Hyatt Vacation Club representative
- maintain brand image awareness internally and externally
- receive, record, and relay messages accurately
- follow all company policies and procedures
- prepare and review written documents accurately
