Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with good record
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and access to all ballpark areas
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships
  • Proficient in event management software and tools
  • Ability to develop and oversee event budgets
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Develop event schematics and plans
  • Coordinate staffing and vendor logistics
  • Produce detailed event timelines and agendas
  • Manage event budgets and financials
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee event execution and troubleshoot issues
  • Utilize available venue spaces creatively for diverse events
