Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with good record
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and access to all ballpark areas
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality
- Strong client communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships

Job Duties
- Develop event schematics and plans
- Coordinate staffing and vendor logistics
- Produce detailed event timelines and agendas
- Manage event budgets and financials
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Oversee event execution and troubleshoot issues
- Utilize available venue spaces creatively for diverse events
