As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will be the welcoming face to guests, greeting them warmly as they are seated. Your role is essential in preparing the bar for service, which includes setting up pour stations and glassware before opening, and ensuring a steady supply of beverages, mixes, and garnishes during your shift. You will suggest drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience while meticulously preparing beverages according to standardized recipes, using the appropriate glassware and garnishes. Accuracy in taking and entering food and drink orders into the POS system is critical, alongside attentive customer service that includes offering refills and promptly clearing unused items. You will handle timely delivery and settlement of guest checks, thank customers sincerely, and invite them to return. Adherence to all food safety regulations is a must. This role requires standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely.
