Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to bar operations

Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to inquiries and requests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards
- Present and serve beverages to guests
- Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with laws and regulations
- Accurately process payments using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
- Stock and maintain the bar with beer, wine, spirits, paper products, glassware, ice, and perishables
- Respond professionally to intoxicated guests and manage safe guest interactions
