In addition to expertly mixing and presenting drinks, the Banquet Bartender is responsible for setting up and breaking down bar areas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment and décor align with the event's theme and Four Seasons’ standards. The role involves close collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and service teams to facilitate smooth event execution, address guest concerns, and respond to special requests with courteous and effective solutions.

Beyond beverage preparation and service, the Banquet Bartender contributes to the broader hospitality operation, occasionally supporting other dining and beverage services such as poolside bartending. The role requires physical stamina for standing extended periods and handling equipment, along with a flexible schedule to meet the demands of morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 and valid authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods up to 8 hours and lift items or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience particularly in luxury resorts hotels or high-end event settings
  • Extensive knowledge of wines spirits cocktails and current mixology trends
  • Experience using MICROS point-of-sale systems or similar technology
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with an outgoing and confident personality
  • Self-motivated positive mindset and capable of working independently or within a team
  • Prior banquet or event experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional drink service for event gatherings adhering to Four Seasons standards and all regulations related to alcohol service
  • Greet guests with professionalism kindness and attentiveness to elevate each interaction
  • Efficiently prepare and present a variety of cocktails wine beer and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all bar beverages including ingredients preparation methods and flavor pairings
  • Set up and break down bar areas for each event ensuring all equipment beverages and decor are prepared
  • Collaborate with banquet captains event managers and service teams to support smooth execution of events
  • Address guest concerns or special requests with courtesy providing solutions that exceed expectations
