Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of event service experience
- Bartending experience for bartender assignments
- California RBS certification for bartenders
- Food Handler Card or must obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to carry cocktail trays and perform banquet-style service
- Reliable transportation
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of event service, catering, restaurant, or bartending experience
- Bartending experience required for bartender assignments including beer, wine, and basic cocktails
- Ability to carry cocktail trays and perform banquet-style service

Job Duties
- Provide professional event service including tray passing, table service, buffet assistance, and event breakdown
- Bartend events as assigned including beer, wine, and basic cocktail service in accordance with California alcohol service laws
- Set up and break down bars, service stations, tables, linens, glassware, and equipment
- Follow event timelines and direction from onsite captains, leads, and client representatives
- Deliver a polished, friendly guest experience with strong attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the event
- Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing event needs
- Follow all company, venue, safety, sanitation, and uniform standards
