Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum three years of high-volume bartending experience
- previous experience serving as a Lead Bartender or informal team leader preferred
- must maintain professional appearance standards
- must obtain an RBS training certification within 60 days of employment
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- ability to count money accurately

Job Duties
- Perform all duties of the Bartender position
- deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to every Guest
- foster a welcoming, energetic, and fun atmosphere
- resolve Guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when appropriate
- ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
- promote gaming promotions, special events, and property amenities
- serve as the primary point of contact for Bartenders and Barbacks during assigned shifts
