The Bartender role is full-time with non-exempt status, demanding flexibility in scheduling to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will be expected to uphold all company policies, including food safety protocols and the Responsible Alcohol Service Policy, ensuring guests are served responsibly and in compliance with legal regulations. Checking guests' IDs carefully to confirm legal drinking age is a fundamental part of your duty. Additionally, your punctuality, professional appearance, and dependable work habits will contribute significantly to the team’s success.
