Job Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory, labor management, budgeting, and compliance
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Experience developing beverage programs, recipes, or seasonal menus is preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
