Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- basic computer literacy
- preferred promotion from assistant general manager position
- reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- strong analytical and decision-making skills
- physical ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves
- lift and carry trash containers
- clean parking lot and grounds
- tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 80 percent of shift time
