As a leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, Dunkin' continually strives to provide guests with a welcoming atmosphere, delicious menu offerings, and a satisfying experience each time they visit. Operating a Dunkin' restaurant involves maintaining brand standards, executing operational procedures, delivering fresh and tasty products, and fostering an environment where both guests and employees feel valued and appreciated. Through ongoing innovation, community involvement, and a focus on excellence, Dunkin' has established itself as a preferred destination for coffee lovers and casual diners alike.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Dunkin' is a pivotal leadership position that demands energy, commitment, and a results-driven mindset. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring all aspects of the business align with Dunkin's high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. You will be responsible for managing all operational elements such as food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Beyond operational oversight, a crucial function of this role involves team leadership. The Restaurant Manager will be tasked with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and continuously developing staff members. This includes providing hands-on leadership, coaching employees to enhance performance, conducting performance evaluations, and recognizing achievements to build a strong, cohesive team. Your ability to communicate clearly, set expectations, and foster a collaborative environment will directly impact your store’s success.

Financial and administrative responsibilities also make up a significant part of this role. Efficient labor scheduling, inventory management, controlling food and labor costs, and accurate cash handling are essential duties to maintain profitability. You will work closely with the franchise owner to meet sales and budget goals while ensuring compliance with internal policies and reporting requirements.

This full-time Restaurant Manager opportunity offers a chance to grow with a respected brand while gaining valuable leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates with a passion for customer service, team development, and operational success are encouraged to apply.
