The workweek consists of 45 hours, including 40 hours paid at regular wage and 5 hours at time and a half, so you are rewarded for your effort and dedication.

Summit Franchise Management Corp offers a supportive and flexible work environment with various shift schedules to accommodate employees’ needs, including day, night, evening, and late-night shifts. Employees have access to comprehensive benefits such as medical coverage after eligibility, a 401K plan with employer match, accrued paid vacation and sick time, and scholarship opportunities through the Live Mas program. The company values work-life balance, career development, and creating a workplace where employees can thrive.
