Position: VIP Lounge and Butler Services – Assistant Manager – Mandalay Bay

Requirements: Must be a minimum of 21 years of age; Currently holds a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience; Prior work experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, Guest Experience and/or Concierge in a resort setting; Has previous leadership experience in procurement, managing payroll, delegation, disciplining, hiring, and developing talent; Prior working experience with collective bargaining agreements (CBA); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a professional appearance and demeanor; Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficient in navigating and utilizing various software platforms including Amadeus/HotSOS, Opera, Oracle and Microsoft Office, effectively; Excels under pressure and maintains high performance in demanding situations; Has a flexible schedule including the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
