Requirements: Sous Chef with 2+ years of experience managing the line in an upscale yet approachable food-focused (Italian/Scratch Kitchen) setting; Passion for food and community engagement; Strong leadership skills in team development, P&L management, problem resolution, and communication; Ability to uphold service and food quality standards; Commitment to embodying the company’s values and creating memorable dining experiences.
