Position: Sous Chef job
About: A Sous Chef position is available for a company coordinating activities of cooks and other workers engaged in food preparation and cooking, offering an annual salary of $55,000. Responsibilities include observing food preparation, giving cooking instructions, cooking during rush periods, and assuming kitchen responsibilities in the absence of the Chef. The role requires the ability to prep food products, recognize food conditions and cooking temperatures. Education and experience include ACF Certification, Culinary Arts degree, apprenticeship, or AOS Degree, with a minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory experience.
