Position: Sous Chef job
About: HMSHost is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at Honolulu Airport. The Sous Chef will assist with overseeing a kitchen with complex operations, managing food production processes, and supervising kitchen staff in a dynamic and challenging airport dining environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 3-5 years of experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision; Serve Safe Management certification required; strong team management, delegation, and coaching skills; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse effectively with individuals
